Meet the Massage Therapist

Stefanie is a Board Certified Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist with over six years of hands-on experience. She attended the Academy of Natural Health Sciences, where she trained in a variety of massage modalities, including Medical Massage, building a strong clinical foundation in pain management and rehabilitation.

 

Prior to pursuing her career in massage therapy, Stefanie attended Kean University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. During her time in college, she developed a passion for fitness and went on to compete in a Women’s Physique bodybuilding competition. It was throughout her fitness journey that she experienced the benefits of medical massage firsthand, working with a therapist who played a key role in her performance and recovery.

Inspired by that experience, Stefanie pursued her license in Massage and Bodywork and has since dedicated her career to helping others feel and function at their best. She specializes in Medical Massage, Functional Movement Techniques (FMT), cupping therapy, RockTape application, and lymphatic drainage. Her work focuses on addressing chronic pain, injury recovery, muscular imbalances, and improving overall mobility and performance.

 

Stefanie combines clinical knowledge with a personalized, results-driven approach, creating customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. Her goal is to not only relieve pain but to support long-term healing, recovery, and optimal physical function.
